Docs & Reporting Kit

Quick utilities for building clean deliverables: merge PDFs, export tables as images, and validate data formats.

Workflow

  1. 1) Write report drafts or meeting notes as Markdown

Use Markdown to PDF to write, preview with themes and footnotes, and export a polished PDF.

  2. 2) Turn data tables into images or copy-ready formats

Use Markdown Table → Image for PNG/JPG screenshots, or Markdown Table → Copy-ready Table to paste into Excel, Google Slides, or PowerPoint.

  3. 3) Merge deliverables into a single PDF packet

Use Mini PDF Merge to combine reports, exports, and supporting pages into one file.

  4. 4) Sanity-check CSV and JSON quickly

Use CSV Inspector for structure checks and JSON Shape Inspector for quick validation.

Common pitfalls

  • Password-protected PDFs may fail to merge in-browser.
  • Very large PDFs can be slow due to memory limits.
  • For long tables, consider exporting CSV or pasteable HTML instead of an image.
  • Use Markdown to PDF as the starting point, then export tables for slides separately.

Example

Convert a Markdown summary table into a PNG, merge it with a PDF report, and share one combined file.
